Homes For Sale
Searching for a house is one of the most exciting aspects of buying a new home. The very best way to remain informed of any new listings is to sign up for “Listings By Email” on our website. It is the absolute state of the art in delivering new listings to buyers. Once you’ve signed up you will receive each new listing that fits within your search criteria within seconds of it becoming available. Then when you’ve found one or more that you’d like to investigate further, just click on “More Information” or “Schedule a Showing” or call us, and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
Getting pre-approved for a home loan is an important first step in the home buying process. Offers that include a pre-approval letter from a lender are more desirable to sellers than offers without a pre-approval attached. By working with a lender you can determine exactly what you can afford, what your estimated payments will look like and what you need to do to get and remain on track to buy a home. When selecting a lender it’s important to choose someone you are comfortable with, who you are confident will be able to follow through to the end, and who is willing to take the time to hear your story and answer your questions.
Escrow and Closing Costs
In addition to your purchase price and down payment, a buyer will usually have to pay a portion of closing costs and escrow fees. These costs consist of fees associated with transferring the home from the seller to the new buyer. Once you are in escrow, your lender will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate that will break down these fees and give you a good idea of what you can expect to pay at closing.
Relocating from another area can be very exciting….and very stressful. Regardless of your location, we will bring the home buying process to you via the latest real estate search and e-sign technology.

When buying a home you are given the opportunity to purchase a home warranty from a third party provider. Depending on the plan that you chose, a home warranty can cover the costs of repairing your appliances, furnace, roof, plumbing and so on. A home warranty can furnish you with the peace of mind in knowing that you are covered in the event of major repairs.
