I am a very particular real estate buyer and took a very long time to find the house that I wanted. Aaron had infinite patience showing me house after house and sending me lists of houses that I might want to look at. After looking at more than 30 different houses, I finally decided on one that was OK but not perfectand Aaron wrote up an offer on that house in just a few hours. The seller came back with a counter and Aaron negotiated strongly to get me a better deal. In that time I changed my mind. Aaron didn’t get upset but simply went back looking for me a house. Aaron finally went the extra mile and found me the perfect house but it wasn’t on the market. He convinced the owner to sell at a price I could afford. Now that’s a great agent.
